For MWC 2025, we were entrusted with a unique challenge: to design and produce three unique, high-impact environments, each with a distinct purpose and aesthetic, all unified under the prestigious MWC brand.

Leaders’ Lounge: Where Visionaries Connect

We designed the Leaders’ Lounge as the main networking hub for MWC’s most exclusive guests. Inspired by the sophisticated networking lounges of senior executives, this space was a fusion of global elegance with subtle Arabic accents, hinting at the future of MWC. More than a lounge, it was the stage for the much-anticipated presentation of the new MWC Doha event, a place where conversations that marked a before and after emerged.

Networking Hub: Boosting Collaboration

For technology giants such as META and Oracle, we created the Networking Hub, a dynamic space dedicated to collaboration and innovation. Inspired by the modern and technological co-working environments of leading hi-tech companies, this hub served as a private meeting point where these brands presented their latest innovations to their special guests. It was an exclusive space designed for synergy, productivity and the exchange of great ideas.

Media Village: The Heart of the News

The Media Village was meticulously designed to cater to more than 2,000 journalists covering the event. We understood that their needs were diverse, so we created a multifaceted environment. This dedicated area offered a perfect combination of functional workspaces, comfortable relaxation areas and state-of-the-art recording studios, ensuring that every story could be told with clarity and
